Straight answers on what PNM Real Estate takes charge of, how rent collection, leasing and reporting work, and what handing a property over involves. Anything not covered here, email or call us.
New to handing a property over? Start with what full property & facility management covers, model by model.
- What types of property does PNM Real Estate manage?
- Commercial property — offices and retail — plus industrial plots, warehouses and storage facilities, and residential buildings across Kuwait. Whatever the asset, you hand us the keys and our facility-planning team runs the whole operation.
- What does full property management include?
- Every side of the asset. Administrative: we hire and supervise site staff, inspect, report and track every repair. Financial: full accounting with a separate ledger for each owner, plus standard and automated rent collection. Legal and leasing: rent contracts, notices, renewals and terminations — alongside security assessments, cleaning and landscaping to keep standards up.
- What is the difference between property management and facility management?
- Property management is the ownership side of the asset: leasing, rent contracts and collection, accounting and reporting back to the owner. Facility management is the physical side: site staff, maintenance and repairs, security, cleaning and landscaping. PNM Real Estate runs both together — one team takes the whole asset, so nothing falls between the two.
- Do you handle rent collection and tenancy contracts?
- Yes. Rent comes in through both standard and automated collection, accounted for in a separate ledger for each owner. On the legal side we draw up rent contracts, issue legal notices and handle renewals and terminations, with every document kept in one repository.
- Do you market vacant units and find tenants?
- Yes — leasing is part of the management, not an add-on. We market and position the space to keep it filled, draw up the rent contract when a tenant signs, and keep tenants once they're in through satisfaction surveys and loyalty programs. An empty unit managed perfectly is still an empty unit.
- How will I know how my property is performing?
- You never have to chase it. We inspect and report on-site, run financial reporting across the property, and place next-day verification calls on completed repairs — so you always know exactly where the asset stands.
- Where does PNM Real Estate operate?
- Kuwait. We're based in Al Hamra Tower, Kuwait City, with group offices in Shuwaikh, Al-Rai and Al-Ahmadi. PNM Real Estate is part of the Pack 'N' Move group, in Kuwait since 2003, with more than 350,000 clients served across the group.
- How much does property management cost?
- We don't publish a rate — what it costs depends on the type of asset, its size and how much of the operation you want us to take on. Management fees in Kuwait are typically structured as a percentage of rent collected, a flat monthly fee, or a mix of the two. Tell us about the property and we'll come back with a proposal scoped to it.
- How do I hand over a property to PNM Real Estate?
- Start by telling us about the asset — a tower, a warehouse, an industrial plot or a block of homes. From there our facility-planning team takes charge of the day-to-day, end to end, while you keep ownership and full visibility.
- Who do I contact to get started?
- Email info@pnmico.com or call 1840 400. You'll find us at Al Hamra Tower, Kuwait City.
